The country was born in revolution lead by Gabe Kish after the soviet occupation of the USA. The rebels were able to secure the Midwest and form the republic. Soon after the formation of the republic they signed a peace with the soviets giving the Midwest to the rebel. In ten more years another war would liberate the rest of the USA.
