The Syndicalist American Flag, also identified as the Syndicalist US Navy Jack, is a fictional flag created by Areoformer of the Kaiser Cat Collective for the alternate-history webseries The Divided States. The design features a field divided diagonally (per bend sinister) into black and red, which are traditional colors associated with anarcho-syndicalism. The flag is charged with 50 white stars, 25 on each field, and a large, central emblem of a segmented rattlesnake coiled with the motto “JOIN OR DIE,” a direct reference to the symbol of American colonial unity.
